I have supported the advancement of Quantum Information Science R&D for nearly ten years — as a Professional Staff Member with the House Armed Services Committee and in industry at both Microsoft and IonQ.

I am a former government program manager who has built and scaled Federal programs with global reach.

I am also a former Naval Officer and combat veteran with service in Afghanistan and Iraq.
